Where we staff

The biggest parks sit east of Birmingham on the M42. Hams Hall is near Coleshill and Birch Coppice is by junction 10 at Dordon, both in North Warwickshire. Further east, Rugby sits where the M1, M6 and M45 meet, and Coventry has its own parks on the edge of the city.

To the west the work is in older industrial estates as much as new sheds: Walsall, Sandwell and Wolverhampton, with Cannock and Lichfield to the north and Solihull by the airport.

Hams Hall and Birch Coppice are hard to reach without a car, above all on nights. We only put forward people who have a reliable way to get there for the start of the shift.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send us the numbers

Site, shift pattern, headcount, roles and any PPE or site induction we need to plan for.

  2. 2

    We check and match

Right to work, ID, references and lift truck certificates first, then we match people to sites they can reach for the start time.

  3. 3

    Your team starts

Next day for cover. For a new contract we bring the team in for induction before the first live shift.

Cover for tomorrow
Book today and checked staff will be on site for tomorrow's shift.
New contracts and peak
One week's notice and the whole team is checked and inducted before day one.

Before anyone starts

Every worker is checked before we put them forward, and your site rules are agreed at booking.

  • Right to work checked against original documents or the Home Office online service before the first shift.

  • Identity and references photo ID seen, and work references taken up.

  • Lift truck certificates for forklift and reach roles, a current certificate from a recognised body such as RTITB, AITT, ITSSAR or NPORS, with a copy kept on file.

  • Your site rules safety footwear, hi vis, induction times and any site specific training agreed with you at booking.

New space, new teams

A lot of new warehouse space has opened around the M42 and M6, and a new building usually means a new team starting on the same day. If your site is expanding or a contract is about to go live, give us the start date and rough numbers as soon as you have them, even if they may change.

Tell us what your site needs

Site, shifts and headcount. We will tell you what we can cover.
