Who we are
We’re a UK staffing company built around a simple idea: getting the right person into the right role — quickly, and properly checked — is what keeps a service running. TJ-Flamingo LTD operates two arms. Flamingo Workforce is our recruitment side, covering clinical, care and corporate roles. Alongside it, we’re establishing our own care services under Flamingo Medics.
What we do
From a single ad-hoc shift to an entire team, we supply across nursing, medical, allied health, social work, support work, administration, IT, transport and facilities. Our clients include NHS trusts and health boards, local authorities, care and nursing homes, mental health services and private healthcare providers.
