Where we staff
Most of the larger warehouses in South Wales sit a few minutes from the M4. At the eastern end there is Magor and, in Newport, Indurent Park by junction 23A and Queensway Meadows. Cardiff's distribution sites run along Wentloog.
Further west there are sites around Bridgend, and in Swansea along Fabian Way and on the Enterprise Park at Llansamlet, with Neath Port Talbot in between.
We book people from your end of the motorway. Newport staff for Newport sites, Swansea staff for Swansea, so nobody is driving the length of the M4 for a six o'clock start.

How it works
- 1
Tell us the site
Location, shift pattern, roles and headcount, and any site induction we need to arrange.
- 2
We check and book locally
Right to work, ID, references and licences are checked, then we book people who live near your end of the M4.
- 3
Ready to start
Checked staff on site tomorrow for cover, or a full team inducted in a week for something new.
- Cover
- Next day. Book by the end of today and checked staff start tomorrow.
- Peak teams and new sites
- One week's notice so the whole team is checked and inducted before day one.
Our checks
Right to work, ID, references and licences checked before we put anyone forward. The rules are the same in Wales as in England.
Right to work checked against original documents or the Home Office online service before the first shift.
Identity and references photo ID seen, and work references taken up.
Lift truck certificates for forklift and reach roles, a current certificate from a recognised body such as RTITB, AITT, ITSSAR or NPORS, with a copy kept on file.
Your site rules safety footwear, hi vis, induction times and any site specific training agreed with you at booking.
Moving into new space on the M4
If you are taking on new space on the M4, tell us your start date and rough headcount early, even before the numbers are firm. It gives us time to find people who live close to the site rather than whoever is free on the day.
