Where we staff
The county has two rail connected logistics parks: DIRFT, by M1 junction 18 near Daventry, and Northampton Gateway at junction 15. Brackmills and Moulton Park in Northampton hold a large number of established warehouses.
To the north east, Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough sit off the A14, the route to the east coast ports.
DIRFT and Northampton Gateway are outside town, so we confirm how each person will get there before we book them.

Our checks

Right to work checked against original documents or the Home Office online service before the first shift.
Identity and references photo ID seen, and work references taken up.
Lift truck certificates for forklift and reach roles, a current certificate from a recognised body such as RTITB, AITT, ITSSAR or NPORS, with a copy kept on file.
Your site rules safety footwear, hi vis, induction times and any site specific training agreed with you at booking.
Northampton or the A14
People living in Northampton tend to stay on the M1 sites, and people in Corby and Kettering on the A14. We recruit for each side separately rather than expecting someone to cross the county twice a day. It is a small thing that makes a real difference to who turns up for a night shift.
