Where we staff
Deeside Industrial Park is one of the largest employment sites in North Wales, and the Northern Gateway beside it is growing. Broughton, Flint and Holywell add more sites along the A548 and A55.
Wrexham Industrial Estate, on the A483 and A534, is a second cluster twenty minutes south.
Deeside sits right on the English border, so we recruit on both sides of it: Flintshire and Wrexham, and Chester and the Wirral.

How it works
- 1
Tell us your start times
Site, shift times, roles and numbers. Start times matter here because of the A494 and A55 traffic.
- 2
We check and book
Right to work, ID, references and licences first, then people from either side of the border who can make your start time.
- 3
Staff on site
Tomorrow for cover, or a full team inducted within the week for a new unit.
- Next day
- Tell us today and checked staff will be on site tomorrow.
- New units and peak
- One week's notice for the full team, checked and inducted.
Checks
Right to work, ID, references and licences checked before anyone starts. The rules are the same in Wales as in England.
Right to work checked against original documents or the Home Office online service before the first shift.
Identity and references photo ID seen, and work references taken up.
Lift truck certificates for forklift and reach roles, a current certificate from a recognised body such as RTITB, AITT, ITSSAR or NPORS, with a copy kept on file.
Your site rules safety footwear, hi vis, induction times and any site specific training agreed with you at booking.
A cross border workforce
Deeside's workforce comes from Flintshire, Wrexham, Chester and the Wirral. That gives sites here a bigger pool than the population of Flintshire suggests, provided shifts line up with the traffic. Tell us your start times and we will book people who can make them.
