Flamingo Workforce
This Brighton listing suits a nurse who is good at the job and tired of the admin around it. Revalidation dates, training certificates, a DBS that needs renewing: we keep an eye on all of that with you, so your attention stays on patients.
£35,000 to £48,000 a year
That is the salary range on file for this role. Pay is processed weekly. Alongside permanent positions we also book ad hoc shifts and block placements, so if you would rather start with a few shifts to see whether a setting fits before committing, say so.
Help when revalidation is due
When your NMC revalidation comes round, your consultant can help you get it done. We also help you keep mandatory training current: basic or immediate life support, moving and handling, infection prevention and control, and safeguarding for both adults and children. DBS, right to work and the rest of the file are handled on our side.
Settings from the seafront to the Weald
Work comes from hospital wards, theatres, ICU or ITU, emergency departments, mental health units, care and nursing homes, community and district teams and general practice. Home might be Worthing, Eastbourne or Haywards Heath, or further inland in Horsham or Crawley. Offers are matched to where you live and how long you are willing to travel.
Who we can put forward
Adult (RGN) nurses with an active NMC PIN, revalidation in date and the right to work in the UK. You also need an enhanced DBS, which we can help with, occupational health clearance, the immunisations your setting asks for and references covering recent employment. On shift you will plan and give person centred care, administer medicines to NMC standards, act on observations, keep confidential records and safeguard the people you look after. Specialist competencies such as scrub, critical care, paediatrics, venepuncture or IV therapy are a bonus, as is experience with electronic care records.
Apply through the site and we will pick it up from there.
