Flamingo Workforce

The middle grade is where departments hold together, and experienced registrars are the most sought after doctors in Northern Ireland right now. Flamingo Workforce places registrars into emergency medicine, general and acute medicine, surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, anaesthetics and psychiatry across the Health and Social Care Trusts, from single shifts to rolling contracts of three months and beyond.

About Flamingo Workforce

Flamingo Workforce is a specialist healthcare, social care and corporate recruitment agency, and an appointed supplier on the NHS and HSC Northern Ireland Agency Workers Medical and Dental framework (Lots 1 and 2), covering doctor grades from FY1 to Consultant across all five Health and Social Care Trusts. We place doctors into HSC hospitals, urgent care and out of hours services, and private and community settings, matching every doctor to work close to home, by postcode and travel time, from a single session to block bookings, fixed term contracts and substantive appointments.
